In 2006, inside a small strip mall known as the Elk Center, Fiddlesticks Café opened. Owner Chad Steen ran a successful business for many years, but he decided to sell the restaurant in early 2017.
In February 2017, he sold the establishment to the Mellor Family. Chef Jonathan Mellor changed the name from Fiddlesticks Café to Fiddlesticks Bistro. Many popular menu items remain available for the loyal original customers, while new and eclectic entrees were added to entice new guests.
Using his wide culinary knowledge and extensive training, Jonathan was able to add country and southern flair to breakfast and lunch. As business grew, he was able to add dinners with wide global influences and creative twists to his menu, while still using locally sourced products whenever possible.
Most recently, with sales continuing to flourish, Fiddlesticks Bistro has added catering to its list of expanding services. Come in and check us out and see what we have to offer.
